Ross provides customers with complete production from design, development, production, assembly to service. We offer warranty and post-warranty service. The standard warranty period is 24 months of fault-free workmanship in the event that there is no violent damage or improper handling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Extended warranty
For special productions, the warranty period is longer than 24 months. The Ross company uses high-quality materials for production, so it can afford to extend the warranty period up to 5 years for the entire product.<\/p>\n

The extended warranty covers common product failures that arise from normal use during the period specified in the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
