As part of the modernization of the locksmith workshop, we added a robotic welding workplace otc from ROBOTEC to the machinery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

It is a modern high-speed welding system that enables welding with first-class quality and very low spatter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The welding machine is fully programmable. The welding machine is controlled through a digital interface, which is intended directly for the given type of welding robot and the given type of welders.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The welding robot is placed between a pair of single-axis positioners, on which the robot alternately welds. The robot can also weld larger parts that are joined in advance or that are directly inserted into the workplace’s clamping devices.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This model of a robotic welding workplace is intended for various small- and large-scale production of weldments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
