Robotic welding

It is a modern high-speed welding system that enables welding with first-class quality and very low spatter.

The welding machine is fully programmable. The welding machine is controlled through a digital interface, which is intended directly for the given type of welding robot and the given type of welders.

The welding robot is placed between a pair of single-axis positioners, on which the robot alternately welds. The robot can also weld larger parts that are joined in advance or that are directly inserted into the workplace’s clamping devices.

This model of a robotic welding workplace is intended for various small- and large-scale production of weldments.
