Interactive Shelf Labels (ISL) are battery-powered electronic displays for displaying the current price. On the electronic price tag, it is possible to display information about the price, but also about stocks, sales, orders and more. Price tags are designed to communicate with users, so they not only show current prices, but also optimize and speed up the effectiveness of store activities.

The price tags are controlled via H.I.TAG and remote control, which provides the ability to:

Request information about the item – usually only available to employees, warranty expiration date, start and end date of product issue, and more.
Check – confirmation of store activities, refills, promotion starts and ends, product expiration date check, and more.
Sending commands – to other devices within the store. It can activate promotional messages, posters, notifications and more.

This innovative communication tool combines the advantages of digital valuation together with a specific and flexible I.o.T (Internet of Things).

The new ISL H.I.TAG are equipped with: 3-color LED light: green, red and blue.

Advantages: frequencies intended for wireless channels are often busy or interrupted. Heartbeat technology can identify and choose the best path in its own channels to create a secure and reliable communication with the electronic price tag.It records and reacts simultaneously on different channels, optimizes data transmission and searches for the most suitable frequencies.

At least one channel of the application is always recording, in order to respond promptly to instructions coming from the H.I.TAG ISL, ensuring full interactivity with the operator.
