Well-being in the workplace is a priority for us at Ross. We constantly strive to build good relations between employees. That’s why we organize company-wide events every year. The opportunity to get to know colleagues better and to communicate informally helps us to solve even difficult work challenges more easily.

Teambuilding RossBike was focused on getting to know the beauty of the South Moravian region on bicycles. Throughout the day, a friendly atmosphere prevailed, in which colleagues had to rely on each other, as well as on their sense of direction. We used bicycles to get from one place to another as a team. Following the Lednice-Valtice cycle route through the area, we saw historical monuments, such as: Rendez-vous Castle, Three Graces Temple, Lednice Castle and many others. We had a well-deserved party at the finish line.

 

The time spent together encouraged our collective, because only together we can do more.
