Service

Ross provides customers with complete production from design, development, production, assembly to service. We offer warranty and post-warranty service. The standard warranty period is 24 months of fault-free workmanship in the event that there is no violent damage or improper handling.

Extended warranty
For special productions, the warranty period is longer than 24 months. The Ross company uses high-quality materials for production, so it can afford to extend the warranty period up to 5 years for the entire product.

The extended warranty covers common product failures that arise from normal use during the period specified in the contract.
