Processing of plastics

We use various materials in our production:

• acrylics, which are used for illuminated advertisements, interior, exterior. They can be bent, milled, engraved, vacuum pressed, and glued,
• HPS and ABS materials with the possibility of use for light boards and for the construction of the rear parts of advertisements in the interior and exterior,
• PET-G and APEX have lower mechanical resistance than acrylics, except for gluing, it has all mechanical properties better than acrylic.
• PVC with a foam core, KOMATEX are used for all types of non-illuminated boards,
• polycarbonate, a very durable and unbreakable clear material for the construction of shelters and light boxes that are installed in areas with a risk of damage by vandalism,
• aluminum-plastic-aluminum, i.e. laminated boards with an exclusive aluminum surface in various colors and with a plastic core. Its advantage is simple processing and low weight.

Plastic bending:

• SHANNON – upper and lower heating – heating width of 4 parts measuring 2500 mm

Milling machines:

• GERBER SABRE – working size 1250*2500 mm
• AXYZ 6010 – working size 2000*3000 mm
• MULTICAM cutter with automatic tool change 2000*3000 mm
